These Terms govern all engagements with RenderMix Studios. By commissioning our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All services are delivered strictly in accordance with the agreed proposal or written agreement. Any additional requests outside the approved scope will be quoted and billed separately.
- A non-refundable retainer is required to secure production dates and initiate work.
- The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery.
- RenderMix Studios reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables until full payment is received.
Our process is structured and strategic. Revision rounds are defined within the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard rate.
Project timelines are scheduled based on mutual commitment. Delays in client feedback, asset delivery, or approvals may result in timeline adjustments.
All client materials, business information, and unreleased content are handled with strict discretion. Confidentiality is a core principle of our studio.
Upon full settlement of all invoices, final approved deliverables are transferred to the client.
RenderMix Studios retains the right to feature completed work within its portfolio, presentations, and marketing channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Retainers are non-refundable. If a project is terminated after commencement, fees will be calculated based on work completed to date.
RenderMix Studios shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of delivered content.
Engagement, deposit payment, or written approval constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
