At RenderMix Studios, we commit significant creative resources, production scheduling, and strategic planning to every engagement. As such, the following refund terms apply:
All retainers and deposits are strictly non-refundable. These payments secure production dates, allocate creative resources, and initiate project development.
Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, refunds are not provided once production or post-production has commenced.
Payments made for completed project phases are non-refundable.
If a client chooses to discontinue a project, all completed work up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Any payments made remain non-refundable.
Refund considerations, if any, are solely at the discretion of RenderMix Studios and must be agreed to in writing.
Initiating a chargeback without prior written discussion constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in formal recovery action.
